The Study Shines at District Level Badminton

In 57th Under-17 District Level Badminton tournament, which was held at Luv-Kush Stadium from September 6 to September 9, The Study School stood first in the group event with two of its students, Parv and Rishabh, securing 1st and 3rd positions, respectively, in the singles.

The participants of the winning group are Vaibhav Upadhyay, Royal Mehta, Rishabh Purbia, Dhruv Nausalia and Parv Bansal, all of them in X std. except Parv, who is in IX std.

The tournament was organized by Aadinaath Senior Secondary School.

Parv and Rishabh will now represent Udaipur in the Under-17 State Level Badminton tournament which will start from September 21, 2012. The venue for the upcoming event is yet to be decided.

The Study Organizes Cross Country Run

cross-country7The Annual Cross Country Run of approx. 6 Km was organized by The Study Senior Secondary School for their students of Classes VI to X today morning at Badi campus.

Udaipur Kid Selected for National Chess Championship

RAHUL4Rahul Sharma of The Study, a rising chess player of the city, has been selected for the team representing Rajasthan at the 26th National Under-7 Chess Competition taking place at Pondicherry from 15th to 24th July.

“Two players of Jaipur Rishabh Dutta and Yashika Singh will also be a part of the team representing Rajasthan,” Vikas Sahu, Chess Coach, stated.

The players have been selected on the basis of their performance at State Level Under-7 Open Chess Tournament, which was completed in Udaipur recently. [Read more...]

Udaipur’s Kushal Cleared 1st Stage in Junior Science Olympiad

kushalKushal Babel of Udaipur has cleared National Standard Examination in Junior Science (NSEJS). NSEJS is the 1st Stage of International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO).

The Examination was conducted on 27th November 2011 by Indian Association of Physics Teachers (IAPT). Kushal, a student of class X has been selected for Stage-2 which will be a written test to be conducted in the last week of January 2012 by Homi Bhabha Centre of Science Education (HBCSE).
