The Art Gallery at the Information Centre, Mohta Park, Udaipur will be hosting a 8 day art exhibition, which will commence on 6th February.

Udaipur’s Ms.Indira Prakash, a painter dedicated over the last 30 years to promoting women contribution in human development through modern art, will be displaying her art work, along with that of two of her students, 18-year-old Aastha and 14-year-old Maanvi. [Read more...]

International Painting Workshop cluster Foreign Artists

artist-1Rajasthan’s Premier University, Mohan Lal Sukhadia University (MLSU), organized a 5 Day International Painting Workshop as a part of its Golden Jubilee Year Celebrations. This Workshop was carried out in association with the Jawahar Lal Nehru Kala Kendra and West Zone Cultural Centre (WZCC).

50 painters, both National and International, participated in this workshop, which is also a first of its kind at University level. The participation from outside India included painters from Pakistan, Israel and Iran. [Read more...]

Creative Notion: Drawing and Painting Exhibition at WZCC

An exhibition of art, culture and drawing has been organised by students of B.N. P.G. Girls College & Dept. of Drawing and Painting today at West Zone Cultural Centre, Udaipur.

Creative Notion- This 3 day exhibition was inaugurated by the Director of the West Zone Cultural Centre, Shailendra Dashora. Eminent Senior Artist Shail Choyal was also present at the exhibition to give motivation and guidance to the student artists of B.N. P.G. Girls College.
