Decades Old Royal Musical Instruments’ exhibition ‘Symphony of Mewar, A Royal Collection of Musical Instruments’ is put on display at the Zanana Mahal of the City Palace Museum. The exhibition was inaugurated by Ahmedabad Income Tax Commissioner Roli Agarwal.

An international workshop on World Living Heritage had been conducted today at City Palace’s Durbar Hall. The workshop was organized with the joint association of Maharana Mewar Charitable Foundation and UNESCO (India).
Views and thoughts were shared and discussed broadly by the experts of heritage conservation present in program. The workshop was inaugurated by Shreeji Arvind Singh Mewar, President and patron of Maharana Mewar Charitable Foundation and Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar by lightning of lamp.
Moe Chiba, Programme Specialist for Culture, UNESCO said, “To conserve the heritage, India must associate with neighboring countries of China, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and should involve in social exchange and also give platform to the local artists of these countries in various festivals and cultural programs”.
