UPDATE: Satish Meena , C.I Bhupalpura Police Station informed UT that the girl has changed her statement today.
Yesterday, she said that Vijesh had helped her in making her plan successful by taking her to Nathdwara in a white Maruti 800 car from B.N College. But today, when Vijesh was detained by the police, she said that there was no involvement of Vijesh in the matter and she cooked the whole story.
She said that she herself first went to the Eklingji in an Auto Rickshaw and from there she took a bus to reach Nathdwara.
The key associate of the college girl, who faked her own kidnapping on Thursday 10th January to take revenge from another guy, has been arrested by the police today.
Driver by profession, the accused Vijesh, resident of Picholi was absconding since Thursday evening after dropping her friend to Nathdwara. In an initial interrogation, he confessed helping her friend to get herself kidnapped.
Vijesh is under custody of Bhopalpura Police. According to sources, Police is trying to zero down two other accused, who helped in executing the complete plan of kidnapping with Vijesh and the key accused girl. Police also got three mobile phones used by accused girl to trap her victim.
