After the pressure created by the public over the order of district collector to close the Ashwini Bazar entrance gate of M B Hospital, ADM City Muhammad Yasin Pathan assured that the route will not be closed for now.

The order was put on hold after various business associations and political parties presented a memorandum to the Collector today against the closure of the second entrance (Ashwini Bazar Side) of MB Hospital. [Read more...]

gutter-overflow1Various residential and commercial areas are reportedly facing heavy sewerage problem since the rain lashed Udaipur on Tuesday. Sewage pits are propelling the filthy and stinking water spreading all over the road.

The improper drainage system and sluggish response from administration is creating a threatening situation for the upcoming days of rain.

Shop owners and residents of New Ashwini Bazaar had a bad day as drainage water swelled all over the road since the last 24 hours. At last, after continuous slogging and attempts, the Municipal Council’s team brought the situation under control. [Read more...]
