UdaipurTimes received this article on Sitamata Sanctuary and Jakham Dam by Dr. Bashobi Bhatnagar, Professor. The photos and information provided is too enduring to not post. So, here we are, presenting excerpts from the piece.
Married to a Forest officer, the Author is a Nature lover. She got a chance to visit Jakham Dam on 19th Aug with her family. On reaching Sitamata Sanctuary, Dhariyad, they were mesmerized with the greenery and beauty of the ambience.
They were amazed by the loveliness and stretched capacity of the dam and the fascinating view of flowing water as they reached Van Vishranti Grah to witness Jakham Dam.

Charismatic view…… lovely pics…
Please advise how to make reservation to spend a night or two at Van Vishranti Grah. Is it open to public or we require prior consent from Rajasthan Forest Department ?
