Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidhyapeet University celebrated its 76th Foundation ceremony today where employees and officials pledged to keep working towards the growth of the University.
The foundation which was laid in 1937 was directed towards educating tribal and left-out section of the society and bringing them up in social concerns.
Prof. Garg, Chancellor said, “Everyone should follow the Gandhian path of Honesty, Peace and Sense. Vidhyapeeth has faced many ups-n-downs, but we moved forward clearing and passing every hurdle. We should think over how we did that and what we achieved?”.
Prof. Sarangdevot, Vice-Chancellor said, “This day is to analyze what we have and what we need to achieve. We should redefine our role by observing these facts. We should also see that, how we could develop and implement employment directed methods”.
The event was coordinated by Dr. Prakash Sharma. Officials including Dr. Lalit Pandey, Prof. N.S. Rao, Riyaz Hussain, Dr.Sashi Chittora, Dr. Satyabhushan Nagar, Dr. Rajan Sood, Dr. Laxminarayan Nandwana, Dr. C.P. Agrawal, Dr. B.L. Fadiya, K.K. Nahar and Dr. Girish Nath Mathur were present in the event.
It is note that Praful Nagr, Kul Pramukh and Bhanwar Gurjar, Union Secretary were not present on the event, despite of invitation being sent to them.
On this occasion, a holiday was declared for 22nd Aug by the Chancellor.
