
The Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Udaipur along with the Pratap Nagar Police Station team successfully seized a truck which was allegedly illegally carrying 21 calves from Dabok to Bagedwada, Banswara today at 10 PM.
According to the Police, officials of Vishwa Hindu Parishad got a tip from sources that a truck illegaly carrying 21 calves is headed towards Bagedwada, Banswara from Dabok.
Vishwa Hindu Parishad officials contacted Pratap Nagar Police Station and after setting up the blockade at Old Toll Naka, Pratap Nagar – the truck carrying 21 calves was seized and a person sitting on the backside of the truck – Bhurji Meena (45) was also arrested. The Driver and Helper managed to run away.
Narayan Garg, Zila Mantri and Hanuman Singh Chundawat, President of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Udaipur played a key role in the successful seizure.
Pratap Nagar Police Station have lodged the case and are investigating.
