Goswami Samaj Organizes Introductory Meet

The Dashnam Goswami Samaj had their ‘Introductory Meet’ for Youngsters of Marriageable age today. It was a first of its kind meet to be held in Rajasthan and was organized by ‘Dashnaam Goswami Samaj Navyuvak Mandal, Udaipur’ at Bhandari Darshak Mandap, Gandhi Ground, Udaipur.

The program started with the inaugural ceremony conducted by Chief Guest Dr. Mahesh Giri Goswami, National President and was led by Babulal Bharti, State President.

Goswami Community members attended and participated in the function from Udaipur as well as various other locations including Jodhpur, Ajmer, Siroi, Kota, Pilani, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat. Breakfast was served at 9 AM and lunch at 1.30PM for all. The main event of Introduction of Girls and Boys was started from 10.30 AM which is scheduled to continue till 6 PM.

“We follow the path laid by Shri Shankaracharya and believe in communal harmony. This event is conducted for the facilitation of families who are seeking for grooms and brides, under one roof,” said Gajendra Puri Goswami, President, Navyuvak Mandal in his conversation with UT.

“There are 250 families of Dashnaam Goswami Samaj inUdaipurfrom which 80 girls and boys participated today in this introductory meet. A total of 150 participants were registered for today.”

A journal titled ‘Sagpan Ri Saugaat’ was also distributed for the event which had the bio-data of all the participants and words from the main administrative personals of the community.
