Dr. Kaneez Fatima
The induction week at Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) affiliated with Janardanrai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University got underway today. On the first day, Dr. Kaneez Fatima from University of Nizwa, Oman addressed the students and offered tips and tricks of becoming a smart professional.
Dr. Kaneez emphasized the importance of personality development and mentioned field activities and communication skills as key features of Management of Business Studies.
“There is a high demand of MBA professionals in current market situation. Big companies are always looking for best professionals. Hence students need to keep themselves prepared so that while facing the market nothing should seem new”
Dr. Somdev Mukherjee spread light on industrial environment.
Professor Shyam .S. Lodha from Connecticut University United States welcomed all students in the Induction Week and suggested them to be creative and active.

“Be constantly updated by instilling yourself with regular knowledge. Once you do so, you will gradually find yourself used to this perception and you will then want to get knowledge of every new thing”, said Professor Lodha.
Prof. Lodha said that management concept keeps changing and it is necessary for student to be creative and to have the ability to persuade new management system with innovation.
A research work in Jan Bharti Centres located in villages will be provided to MBA students of Vidyapeeth, said Professor N.S Rao. Before research we will take students to these places and do subject compilation.
