Family members of Late Mohan Lal Sukhadia and Congress party workers of Udaipur paid tribute at the Sukhadia Memorial today to mark the birth anniversary of late Mohan Lal Sukhadia. Mohan Lal Sukhadia is known as the founder of modern Rajasthan.
Firoz Ahmed Sheikh, spokesperson Udaipur District Congress Committee said that the ceremony was initiated by Sukhadia family including Dilip Sukhadia, Arun Sukhadia (sons of late Mohanlal Sukhadia), Neelima Sukhadia, Sudha Sukhadia (daughters in law of Sukhadia), Deepak Sukhadia (grandson) and Nimisha Sukhadia (granddaughter in law) by lightening of lamp.
Raghuveer Meena (MP), Roop Kumar Khurana (UIT Chairman), R.D Java ( President, State Sweeper’s commission), ex-MLA Trilok Purbia, Lal Singh Jhala ( rural president), Shantilal Chaplot (former president Vidhan Sabha) Pankaj Sharma (congress media centre), Dalpat Surana, Sudhir Joshi, Devendra Singh Shaktawat (BJP leaders) were present at Sukhadia Memorial.
Dinesh Shrimali, Dr. Dariyav Singh Chundawat, Suresh Shrimali, Sharafat Khan Prem Dhavri, Rajesh Jain, Kamal Nayan Khandelwal, Mujeeb Siddiqui, Puran Menaria, Chanda Suhalka, Rodimal Nimawat, Dinesh Dave, Ravindrapal Singh Kappu, Manish Shrimali, Chandrakanta Menaria, Rahul Vyas, Sayeed Sakka, Najma Mevafarosh, Roshan Sahu, Ranjana Sahu were also present on the occasion.
Congress workers clash
Meanwhile, a minor tussle was reported between two congress party workers at Sukhadia Memorial today morning. According to sources, Pankaj Sharma (President of Congress Media Centre) allegedly slapped Omprakash Sharma brother K.K Sharma.
K.K Sharma is a distant relative of Dr. Girija Vyas senior member congress and member of Lok Sabha.
