The District level Junior Body Building competition was held on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at the auditorium of Alok School at Hiran Magri, Sector 11.
The competition was divided into three main categories including Junior, Masters and Handicapped.
25-year-old Sajid Hussain weighing 60kg was awarded the title of “Mr. Junior, Udaipur” while in other categories the following are the winners.
Junior Category [55kg]: Gaurav Lakahara, Vaibhav Paul, Mushtaq Hussain
Junior Category [60kg]: Sajid Hussain, Narendra Mali, Sidhharth Bhardwaj
Junior Category [65Kg]: Sunil Athwal, Devraj Gachi, Vikram Solanki
Junior Category [70kg]: Pramod Bhardwaj, Ravi Pandit, Narendra Singh
Junior Category [75kg]: Lalit Acharya, Moin Khan
Junior Category [80kg]: Yakub Khan
Masters Category: Anup Bhardwaj, Devram Nagda, Indrajeet Soni
Handicap Category Winner: Ratan Nepali
The event was organized and managed by two renowned names in the field of Udaipur body building, viz. Madan Soni (President of the Body Building Association, Udaipur), and Secretary, Ram Chandra.
The main attraction of the competition were the physically challenged participants, who proved themselves at par in the field of body building.
The event was inaugurated by Dr. Pradeep Kumawat (Director, Alok Sansthaan, Udaipur). Narayan Singh Bhati (District Head, Udaipur Business Association) and Naveen Audichya were invited as chief guest.
