Vedanta Resources pIc (“Vedanta”, LSE: VED) announced the pricing of the offering of bonds in the aggregate principal amount of US$I. 7 billion. The bonds are being offered and sold in two tranches, consisting of (i) US$I.2 billion aggregate principal amount of 6% Bonds due January 2019 and (ii) US$500.0 million aggregate principal amount of 7.125% Bonds due May 2023 (together, the “Bonds”).

This is a landmark transaction for Vedanta, and Vedanta believes this represents one of the largest corporate high yield bond issuances out of Asia ex-Japan.

Udaipur Dentist to present Research paper in Tokyo

Dr. Lomharsh Simlot has been selected to present his research paper in Tokyo, Japan in the conference themed around ‘Shaping the Future of Endodontics’, which is 9th conference in its segment.

Simlot will be reciting two of his research papers and will also give a poster presentation on the subject. The conference is organized by International Federation of Endodontics, where attendees from all corners of the world would discuss on the subject.

Dr. Lomharsh Simlot lives in Udaipur and provides his services as Dental Surgeon at Shriji Dental & Orthodontic Center. He is son of Dr. Chandra Mathur (Add. Principle, RNT Medical College) and J.P. Simlot (Senior Gynecologist).

Sachin Pilot Arrives in Udaipur

Sachin Pilot, Central Minister for Corporate Affairs arrived in Udaipur today. Pilot is on a one day visit to Mewar. He arrived in the city early morning and stayed for few hours at Circuit House.

While meeting with local media, Sachin Pilot talked about present scenario of India’s youth and their career. He discussed on sensitive issues of unemployment, “Every year crores of youth face problem of unemployment and it is certainly not possible for government to give all of them jobs in government departments”, said Pilot. “There is a need to develop small scale industries to provide better opportunities for the skillful youth”, he added further. Gehlot addresses Mass at Sandesh Yatra

The seventh segment of the Congress led Sandesh Yatra started today from Gogunda, Udaipur.  A mass gathering was organized in the nearby areas of Gogunda, Jhadol and Falasiya.

Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot arrived in Udaipur today morning to take part in the Yatra and departed to Gogunda after a short stay at Circuit House.  Gehlot arrived at the Udaipur Railway station in the Khajuraho Express.

“Yaar ye zombies India mai kahan se aa gaye. Oh, globalization” as they quote in one of the dialogues, and believe me – this ‘globalization’ effect will have you laugh your guts out throughout the entire span of the movie. ‘Go Goa Gone’ is one of those movies that serves no substance, but is still worth every penny that you spend on it.

First things first, Saif Ali Khan is not the main lead and respect to casting crew to present him that way. The casting for this movie is apt and you’ll appreciate it when you head out to grab popcorn in the interval, but your stomach would be hurting with the laughter bursts and you’ll still be smiling remembering the dialogues.
