Five abandoned children including four baby girls under the care of Mahesh Ashram have been adopted by couples seeking child at the social organization’s orphanage located at Chitrakut Nagar.
In a combined formal procedure that took place today, children were handed over to their new parents by Ashram’s Devendra Agrawal.
It was an emotional and contended scene for couples from Pali, Junjhunu, Jaipur and Bangalore who joyfully took the babies in their hands. One of the couples from Bangalore equally thanked UdaipurTimes.com (UT) as they came to know about Mahesh Ashram through UT.
Bhavya and Toshi Agrawal from Pali took custody of two month old Avantika; she is the youngest among all five children.

Renu and Shrikant Sharma from Junjhunu took 38-month-old Apoorva.

Vimla and Suresh Maheshwari are now parents of another 38-month-old girl.

Limpa Mary and Puneet Mangal from Bangalore took home 6-month-old Yogini whose new name is Majadalini Mikala.

A couple from Jaipur, Taj Mohammad and his wife Anita adopted a 4 and half year old boy who they named Arshad.

Puneet and Limpa already have one girl they adopted few years back and were looking for another baby. They searched in many orphanages around Karnataka and Goa but could not able to find. Finally while searching online, Puneet landed on one of the news about Mahesh Ashram on UdaipurTimes.com.
“Everywhere we went to get a baby, we failed due to long procedures and had to wait for 6-8 years, and then I came to UdaipurTimes’s website and found Mahesh Ashram” said Puneet.
There should be a uniform procedure all over India to adopt a child, said one of the parents.

According to Devendra Agrawal, Mahesh Ashram has given 53 children till now to aspiring parents from many parts of the country.
Call it a nature’s phenomenon or a different characteristic of human beings, where on one side baby girls are buried alive or killed as a fetus, there are still many people who are dying to be called as Mummy-Daddy and happily ready to take these abandoned and unfortunate babies to make fortunate future for them.
UT Congratulates all such people and thanks to Mahesh Ashram!
