
In order to develop, maintain and improve the working efficiency of all hostels in Udaipur district, a two day workshop got underway at Pragya Hall, MPUAT. The workshop has been organized by Department of Social Justice and Empowerment (SJ&E Dept) in association with UNICEF at Pragya Hall of MPUAT.
Heads of all hostels that are being run by SJ&E Dept and located in Udaipur, Chittorgarh and Rajsamand were present in the workshop. The workshop was led by Aditi Mehta additional chief secretary, SJ&E & Social Security Rajasthan,Govt and Vishram Meena, Director and Superintendent of Department of Social Justice and Empowerment. 63 Hostel supervisors attended the sessions.
In multiple brainstorming sessions, various ideas and ways of implementations for improving the standards of hostels including its accommodation, hygiene, food and other facilities were discussed.
Aditi Mehta checked the academic records of all hostels and those with negative results were instructed to improve their work on students. She said that every hostel needs to get 100% results of all students staying there and for that, hostel management needs to work hard on it.
Mandata Singh, District head of Udaipur said suggestions and new techniques for improving the overall academic results and living standards of hostel students were invited in the workshop.
District Head of Rajsamand, Ashok Kumar Sharma, District Head of Chittorgarh, Manoj Kumar Sharma and District Head of Udaipur, Mandata Singh Ranawat were present in the workshop.

Having said that I think it was a good attempt by Aditi Mehta to conduct this much required workshop.
